Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Soluvia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
